VW Company's lift-assisted stretcher trolleys are fully functional, simple to use and lightweight. They are perfect for their purpose, as they are easy to manoeuvre with a directional lock that prevents any 'supermarket trolley' wheeling effect and they are the only lift-assisted stretcher trolleys to be able to convert into a wheelchair, to enable easier access in confined spaces, such as narrow corridors and lifts.
