Universal MedAssist™ Station
The Universal MedAssist™ Station consists of two parts, the guide and the station. The stretcher trolley is wheeled towards the guide, this fits through a bar of the stretcher trolley and then the station connects into the foot end bar of the stretcher trolley and locks down. The stretcher trolley is released from the Universal Station by pressing the foot pedal down on the station.
The Universal Station connects not only the Universal MedAssist™ but also other leading stretcher trolleys, critical care trolleys and incubator transport units into the floor of the ambulance, ensuring full interchangeability for a fleet of ambulances.
