SERVICE AGREEMENT
To ensure you get the best possible performance from your MedAssist™ stretcher trolleys, we offer a competitively priced annual Service Agreement that will maintain them in prime condition.
The MedAssist™ Service Agreement may be taken out annually or for a five-year agreement at a fixed price for the entire contract.
Servicing of MedAssist™ is carried out at regular intervals on-site by our experienced service engineers and includes:
- Steam cleaning where necessary
- Lubrication of all moving parts
- Advice on recommended replacement parts
- Speedy repairs when necessary - Should your MedAssist™ stretcher trolley need any repair work, this will be charged at an hourly rate and replacement parts according to our price list.
- Loan of a MedAssist™ stretcher trolley if required
- Service report - The service engineer will record the service date, areas inspected, the results of the inspection, details of parts replaced and the next service due date in the service book that we recommend is stored in the ambulance. The customer is given a copy of each service record and we retain our own copy on our database.
You will receive a 12-month warranty against defective parts and workmanship.
If heavy duty usage of MedAssist™ stretcher trolley is expected, servicing can be arranged more frequently.
